▲ The "Stay" portion offers spacious rooms with two large beds. The rooms are unexpectedly spacious, and the beds are also quite large. Based on my personal experience, each bed can accommodate two adults and a child who is approximately 125cm tall and weighs 23kg!

▲ During the stay, the hotel provides amenities that match the number of occupants, including toothbrushes, toothpaste, towels, and more. Overall, the quality of accommodation is excellent and highly satisfying! 😍

Now, I will share with you my experience of the "Shangshun Amusement World Three Days Two Nights Guide" (click here for a simplified itinerary).

Based on my recent visit, I highly recommend heading to some of the popular attractions in Shang Shun Amusement Park that tend to have long queues as early as 10 a.m. These attractions include:

• Mertriya School of Wizardry on the 3rd floor (click here to see more)
• Bumper Cars, Back to Jurassic Adventure, and Galaxy Expedition on the 4th floor (click here to see more)
• 360-degree Balloon Flight, Steel Mech Squad, and Tower of Thrills on the 5th floor (click here to see more)
• Ocean V and Flying Theater on the 6th floor (click here to see more)

During the time from 10 AM to 11 AM, the majority of visitors in the park are hotel guests. As a result, the waiting time for queues is usually very short, and the maximum waiting time might be less than 10 minutes. Therefore, I highly recommend prioritizing these attractions during this time period to save waiting time and make your amusement experience smoother and more enjoyable.

The following guide may differ from the actual process and has been adjusted based on real-life experience.

Day 1

• 09:30-09:50 | Hotel: Proceed to the hotel counter for check-in and collect theme park ticket exchange vouchers.
• 10:00-10:20 | Theme Park: Exchange the vouchers for tickets at the ticket counter on the first floor of Shangshun Recreation World.
• 10:30-11:30 | Theme Park: Explore the 1st and 2nd floors (suitable for children who are in kindergarten).
• 11:40-12:40 | Theme Park: Visit the 3rd floor.
• 12:50-14:20 | Lunch: ThaiTown Restaurant
• 14:50-15:20 | Hotel: Check-in and collect room key.
• 15:30-15:40 | Hotel: Drop off luggage in the room.
• 15:50-16:50 | Theme Park: Watch the Flying Theater show (6th floor).
• 17:00-17:40 | Theme Park: Experience the Ocean V (6th floor).
• 17:50-19:20 | Dinner: Themed Restaurant.
• 19:30-21:00 | Shopping: Shangshun Shopping World + Tom's World on the 6th floor at Shangshun Shopping Center

▲On the first morning, from 09:30 to 09:50, proceed to the hotel counter for check-in and collect theme park ticket exchange vouchers. Purchase the Pc TOUR "Stay + Play" package. On the first morning, you can go to the counter to check-in and receive Shang Shun Theme Park ticket exchange vouchers. The number of tickets provided corresponds to the number of people staying.

▲After receiving the ticket exchange vouchers, proceed to the ticket counter on the first floor of Shang Shun Theme Park from 10:00 to 10:20 to exchange them for QR code tickets. Please note that while exchanging the tickets, you can also purchase tickets for the Flying Theater on the 1st floor. The additional price for each ticket is NT$49. If you purchase the tickets at the Flying Theater counter at 6th floor, they will be priced at the original rate.

▲Then, from 10:30 to 11:30 in the morning, start by exploring the 1st and 2nd floors. A must-try attraction on the 1st floor is the double-decker carousel (rated with ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ in terms of recommended experience).

▲The 2nd floor features five facilities that can be experienced repeatedly, and these facilities are highly suitable for young children, especially those attending kindergarten.

▲The Rafting experience facility on the 2nd floor may cause dizziness for some individuals, especially when wearing 3D glasses. However, interestingly, children seem to have a different experience and don't have the same sensation. 😂

▲After experiencing the attractions on the 1st and 2nd floors, from 11:40 to 12:40 in the afternoon, head to the 3rd floor to experience the Mertriya School of Wizardry (rated with ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ in terms of recommended experience). This attraction has received unanimous praise from my accompanying friends for its impressive and sincere design!

▲Next, from 12:50 to 14:20 in the afternoon, we have arranged to dine at ThaiTown Restaurant (image sourced from the official website). After experiencing the facilities on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors in the morning, it's time to indulge in delicious food at our favorite themed restaurant (check it out now)! However, it's important to note that the restaurant can be crowded during holidays, so it is highly recommended to make a reservation in advance. For our family, as we are big fans of Thai cuisine, when we saw that Shangshun Recreation World had a themed restaurant called ThaiTown Restaurant, we knew we couldn't miss it!

▲After lunch, from 14:50 to 15:20, return to the hotel counter for check-in and collect the room key. Then, from 15:30 to 15:40, proceed to the room to drop off the luggage.

▲From 15:50 to 16:50 in the afternoon, head to the 6th floor Flight Theater at Shangshun Theme Park. Personally, I really enjoy their theme "Flying over China," which gives me a sense of being immersed in the experience. It makes the audience feel as if they are personally flying over various places in China, experiencing the incredible sensation. However, I must mention that the image quality in the Flight Theater may be slightly inferior. Nonetheless, I still highly recommend Shangshun Theme Park Flight Theater. Despite the slightly lower image quality, this immersive experience is still captivating. So, don't miss out on the unforgettable journey that Shangshun Amusement World's Flight Theater can offer you.

▲After experiencing the Flight Theater, from 17:00 to 17:40, head to the 6th floor Ocean V to explore. Unfortunately, I didn't have a chance to try out this facility, but I will visit it during my next visit.

▲In the evening, from 17:50 to 19:20, we will head to the themed restaurants near Shangshun Theme Park to have dinner. There are various types of culinary options available, so it is recommended to research the cuisine you wish to try before departing and make sure to book a table in advance.

▲Lastly, for a fun and fulfilling experience, after dinner, we will proceed to Shangshun Shopping Center and Tom's World on the 6th floor from 19:30 to 21:00 to enjoy some shopping and amusement.

▲My friends came up with a challenge for the children. They gave each child only tokens worth NT$50 and asked them to think about how to use these tokens to earn lottery tickets. In the end, they could exchange the earned lottery tickets for gifts.

▲Finally, back in the room, the children were still reluctant to part ways and continued playing in each other's rooms. The children's energy seemed endless, while the adults were already feeling sleepy on the bed😂. Let's continue to have fun tomorrow with renewed energy!

▲The dining venue is located at Aura Court Restaurant. The front desk informed that besides Aura Court Restaurant, there is also breakfast available at the Dim Sum Restaurant, and the breakfast options are the same at both locations.

▲Dim Sum Restaurant (Image resource from website) However, based on the experiences of my fellow travelers, if you're looking for breakfast, it's recommended to go to the Auro Court Restaurant for a better dining experience.

▲After finishing breakfast on the second day, please proceed to the first floor of Shang Shun Theme Park between 09:50 and 10:00 to exchange your QR CODE tickets. Once you have obtained your tickets, it is recommended to take advantage of the less crowded period from 10:00 to 12:00 and visit the 4th and 5th floors. On the 4th floor, you should not miss the following attractions: "Back to Jurassic," "Bumper Cars," and "Galaxy Expedition" Additionally, there is a non-included ticket facility called Drifting Karting waiting for you to experience.

▲Galaxy Expedition，That reminds me of the Nemo & Friends SeaRider attraction at Tokyo DisneySea.

▲The drift go-karts (additional fee) are the designated amusement facility that the children want to play.

▲Must-play attractions at 5th floor：360-degree Balloon Flight, Steel Mech Squad, Mecha War and Tower of Thrills。The 360-degree soaring hot air balloon allows you to see many world-famous landmarks and buildings, and it also serves as a mini geography lesson for the children.

▲Mecha War，Just like the Toy Fantasia - Toy Battle on the second floor, the game involves shooting at enemies with laser guns. 

▲Tower of Thrills，I didn't personally experience this facility, but according to my fellow companions, they said it truly provides an immersive experience.

▲After the morning activities on the 4th and 5th floors, you can head to the theme restaurant, HAMASHUSHI, for lunch from 12:10 to 13:40. This Japanese sushi restaurant offers online reservations(book now) and has a spacious dining environment. They provide a wide variety of fresh and made-to-order sushi, along with various side dishes. If you enjoy conveyor belt sushi, this is a place you shouldn't miss.

▲Next, after lunch, from 13:50 to 18:00, you can head to the highlighted themed facilities at Shangshun Theme Park, specifically the Climbing and Bouldering Energy Zone located on the sixth floor. I recommend dedicating your afternoon to this key attraction on the second day for a fulfilling experience. This zone offers a range of exciting activities that allow you to challenge yourself. You can try climbing at the climbing and rope course pavilion or enjoy the vibrant climbing pavilion. In this special zone, you can unleash your energy and skills while indulging in thrilling and enjoyable activities.

▲Climbing Area-Climbing Gym(Image source from website)。Once children enter this area, it's hard to get them to leave, so I suggest lining up and trying the adjacent climbing wall and rope course first.

▲The children are taking on various climbing challenges, some of which are easy to climb up, but coming down requires overcoming mental obstacles, which is a big challenge.

▲After a whole afternoon of fun, both adults and children are bound to be tired and hungry. The dinner for the second day is conveniently arranged at the Auro Court Restaurant in the hotel.

Auro Court Restaurant Buffet Prices (Weekday and weekend lunch and dinner buffet):

• Adults: NT$399 per person
• Children (5 years old or between 110-140 cm): NT$299
• Children below 110 cm: Free of charge.

▲Aura Court Restaurant  offers a choice of three main courses for lunch and dinner (Grilled Tomahawk Pork Chop / Grilled Bacon Salmon with Mustard Seed Cream Sauce / Grilled US Sirloin with Black Pepper Sauce), which are subject to an additional charge.

• In addition to the buffet selection, Aura Court Restaurant also provides a choice of three main courses selected by the chef for dinner, which are subject to an additional charge. Please note that a 10% service charge will be added to the prices of both lunch and dinner.

▲Lastly, if you still have energy after dinner, you can once again visit Shangshun Shopping Center and the Tom'World on the 6th floor from 19:50 to 21:00. After the play session, return to your room to rest and sleep, preparing for the final day of your journey at Shangshun Theme Park tomorrow.

The itinerary for the third day is a recap of everything! From 10:00 to 12:30 in the morning, you can replay your favorite rides and enjoy the fun again at the 6th-floor climbing and wall-walking kinetic zone! After indulging in delicious food and entertainment over the past few days, we may feel satisfied by noon. Therefore, a simple meal can be enjoyed within Shangshun Theme Park. For example, after our family finished playing on the third day, we chose to have donuts and ice cream before returning to Taipei.

▲However, if you feel that it's essential to have some water fun during the summer, you can consider visiting the Yunshui Hot Spring Resort Forest on the return journey of the third day (check it out now). You can enjoy the pleasure of water facilities and let the children cool down before heading home. This will be a perfect ending, making the entire trip even more diverse and fulfilling!

• 4. From the first day until noon on the second day, you can enjoy the facilities on the 1st to 6th floors. In the afternoon of the second day, focus on the Climbing Wall and Dynamic Zone on the 6th floor. On the third morning, you can revisit your favorite facilities and relive the fun.
• 5. We recommend having breakfast at the Aura Court Restaurant.
• It is advisable to wear long pants when participating in the Climbing Wall and Dynamic Zone on the 6th floor.
