Introduction

Chang House combines modern and historical type of residence, Siheyuan which the name literally means a courtyard surrounded by four buildings. And the residential house took two years to design and four years to build from 1996-2002 with the traditional style of red bricks, the humble quality of white walls, the simplicity of exposed concrete, and the warmth of solid wood. As you stay at here, just slow down your pace to feel the light, the wind, and the land. Besides, there is only one floor here, you could overlook the Lanyang(Yilan) fields on the roof. What a tranquil enjoyment!
