Introduction

Cingshuei Geothermal Park surrounded by mountains is located at Datong Township in Yilan which covers 2.5 hectares. There are three cooking pools, two foot baths and a lenth of 30 meters natural stream for foot bath. Cingshuei Geothermal Park is managed by Yilan County Government. With beautiful mountains and geothermal squirting white smoke, the scenery constitutes a touching pastoral painting. The source of geothermal springs emerges from the ground is quite abundant and is alkaline spring with temperatures up to 95 degrees; the texture of the spring is slightly yellow and smacks of sulphur showing tumbling always. Sometimes you could see Formosan macaque appearing around the surrounding mountains. And there are the sales department selling foods like egg or corn shoots for tourists to cook; besides, the visitors also can bring foods by themselves except for smelly foods. Also, there are open-air sitting areas with a parasol in the park allowing visitors to sit and enjoy the cooked food. If there is no space to sit in the open-air area, visitors are able to sit on the tidy grassland to take a picnic. The environment is pretty natural; both of adults and children quite like here. And it can not only let people get close to the nature, but enhance the relationship between parent and children, it is a good choice for traveling.
