Purchasing Notice

• Reservation: Due to vehicle dispatch, please make a reservation at least 3 working days in advance (excluding the reservation and travel day) for normal days. For Spring Festival and consecutive holidays (including weekends), which are three days or more, please make a reservation at least 7 working days in advance (excluding the reservation and travel day).
• Change/Cancellation: If there are any changes after the reservation is made, please inform us by phone within 24 hours before departure. For Spring Festival and consecutive holidays, please inform us at least 3 working days in advance (excluding the reservation and travel day). If the change causes the travel date to be earlier, it still needs to comply with the above reservation criteria. If you need to cancel the reserved trip, please call the customer service center at 0958993555 at least 24 hours before the original reservation time. If not informed 24 hours in advance, it will be considered as the service has been used.
• Child safety seat surcharge: In accordance with the government's "Implementation and Promotion of Child Safety Seat Installation in Small Cars" regulations, children under 12 years of age riding in a small car must wear a seat belt or use a safety seat (booster seat) to ride. If there are children accompanying the passengers when booking this service, the passenger should actively inform us at the time of booking. If you need to use a child safety seat (booster seat) device, an additional fee of NT$300 will be charged for each child seat (booster seat).
• Please choose an appropriate safety seat/booster seat based on the actual body size of the child. The following information is for reference only. 0-2 years old: choose a carrycot or rear-facing safety seat. 2-4 years old and weight below 18 kg: choose a rear-facing or forward-facing safety seat. The Ministry of Transportation recommends prioritizing rear-facing safety seats. 4-12 years old or weight between 18-36 kg: choose a booster seat (if the body type can use a seat belt according to regulations, it is not limited here).
• Please contact the customer service hotline if you need a carrycot safety seat. Due to vehicle restrictions, each car can only reserve up to two (inclusive) safety seats (booster seats). If two (inclusive) safety seats (booster seats) need to be reserved, a designated 7-seater vehicle will be required, and an additional fee of NT$200 for the vehicle type will be charged.
• Passenger insurance: All vehicles of this service are insured with a passenger liability of 3 million NTD.
• Night service fee: A surcharge of 300 NT dollars will be added for booking pick-up or drop-off services during the night time period (22:00~ 06:00).
• Wait time for airport pick-up: The longest wait time for airport pick-up is 90 minutes. If you expect to wait for more than 90 minutes, please call the customer service center at 0958993555. For waiting time exceeding 90 minutes, a fee of 300 NT dollars per hour will be charged. If the driver is unable to contact the passenger after waiting for more than 90 minutes, the company reserves the right to withdraw the driver and vehicle, and the service will be considered as used. If the fare for the service includes a price difference paid by the passenger, the passenger will be required to pay the full amount.
• Wait time for airport drop-off: The longest wait time for airport drop-off is 30 minutes. If the passenger has not arrived at the designated location after 30 minutes, the company reserves the right to withdraw the driver and vehicle, and the service will be considered as used. If the fare for the service includes a price difference paid by the passenger, the passenger will be required to pay the full amount.
• Pick-up or drop-off location:
• Surcharge for remote areas: If the designated pick-up or drop-off location is a specific remote area, a surcharge for that area will be charged. The customer service center will provide individual quotes for different pick-up or drop-off locations.
